Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)
Transparency in the supply chain is a key component of responsible sourcing for Leiton. We use the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) to systematically collect and share information in our supply chain about the 3TG minerals (Sn, Ta, W, Au) contained in our products, the smelters/refiners used, and the countries of origin.
Responsible Procurement
Based on CMRT queries, we conduct risk-based due diligence in accordance with recognized guidelines to identify risks and support efforts to prevent trade in 3TG from conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs) that contribute to the financing of armed groups or serious human rights violations.
Transparency builds trust in a clean supply chain.
