Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT)
We use the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) to collect and share structured due diligence information on countries of origin and on the smelters/refiners/processors (pinch point facilities) used in the supply chain. The EMRT currently covers the supply chains for cobalt, copper, natural graphite, lithium, natural mica, and nickel, among others, and supports risk-based due diligence in accordance with OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
Extended Transparency
We request EMRT declarations along the supply chain, check the plausibility/completeness of the reported pinch point facilities, and work with suppliers to make improvements in the event of data gaps or increased risks. We provide you with the EMRT information as part of supply chain transparency.
We promote transparency throughout the entire supply chain.
